Does your organization manufacture a tangible product? If so, please consider participating in an exciting new student research project to develop an improved method of estimating carbon emissions (CO2) in various types of manufacturing processes.
Your participation in this project would involve brief interviews (over the phone or in person at your location) in which students could obtain data about your company's energy use and the aggregate number of units that you produced over a specified time period. Please note that your company name and data will be kept confidential, and will be aggregated in the final analysis - no financial, human resources, suppliers or customer data will be collected as part of this project. In return for your participation, you will receive a copy of the final report that describes the new method for estimating carbon emissions and summarizes the study findings across various manufacturing processes.
