David Walker is the Regional Director for the Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center (TMAC) at the University of Houston. He received B.A. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Finance from Sam Houston State University.

For more than 30 years David has been involved in manufacturing, sales and management, in various industries including sub-sea drilling equipment, construction, and power and temperature control at the regional and national levels.

David currently provides visionary leadership to TMAC and serves as the chair of the Product Development Committee
